Congratulations to Cambodia for the tariff dropped to 10%!
Of course, the effect of tariff is inevitable and eyes shall be kept upon, nevertheless, in the wake of political and legal uncertainty posed by the US to its counter-parties, how Cambodia can assert its strong commitment to uphold the rules of WTO, for instance the Most Favored Nations (MFN) principle ( equal treatment of all nationas and bilateral/multilateral agreements, serving as the tools for international trade for years.
Upholding those tools asserts that Cambodia show its unwavering commitment to protect the status quo of trade and legitimate interest of investors regardless of the situation.
Therefore, such commitment shall be illustrated together or beyond the concern of the effect of tariff to provide a strong legal and political certainty to all investors during this period of uncertainty. That's the future
